I did speak to him....but he didn't say much....you know how doctors are!!!!
I did some research online that's how I came up with the idea...hehehe....
Currently, I'm taking vitamin B12 and trying to eat healthier food....but my sleep is bad....I'm just hoping to get back my routine sleep patterns....Today when I woke up in the morning, all my body was aching...It felt I've never slept the whole night....my back hurts!
