Marjan, I know this may seem a silly question/suggestion to you, but it's just because of you saying how bad you've been sleeping, plus mentioning how your back hurts...

Are you sure you've got the right mattress for you? Some folks get like you're describing when their mattress is too old, too soft, too hard. Or maye trying an orthopaedic one would help. Just a thought.
