I started Adderall in the middle of August. I started out at 234 lbs, and as of yesterday I was 220.
While this is related to the medication, I am hoping by the time I am regulated that it is not causing me to lose weight, I can keep the momentum going. I think it's important to "get my head straight" before I was going to tackle my weight issue. While the weight loss is a pleasant surprise, I refuse to hang on to the medication as my way to lose weight. I want to get regulated and coached to functional, THEN apply a well thought out plan of attack to get my weight down.
Make sure you bring up these issues with your doctor, they should have great information for you.
