Ohh, you're not horrid or bad. I wish the police office had simply spoken to you and not written the ticket, though. That would feel a whole lot better, wouldn't it?

I think anybody who gets too much into other people's business (like where you park your car) have problems with themselves. Like the idea that we attack people about things we feel are our own problems. So maybe *she* feels she's bad and needs to follow the rules, so she notices when other people don't, too.
