Trazodone is not temazepam. Traz is in a different class. Temaz is a benzo. Traz made me feint and comes in these thick pink tabs. Temaz comes in oblong cylinder gel caps of various colors depending on the strength. Sounds like Temaz is the one you took if you were switched to Ativan or Klonopin, both benzos.
FYI, no hard feelings I hope. Seroquel works wonderfully for sleep. I just was groggy all day everyday and sleeping 10 or more hours sometimes 13!
