I'm currently not in the 20-week DBT program, but have taken about 15 weeks of it before landing back in the hospital. I self-taught myself all of the information and have been practicing the skills often.
I'm looking for a workbook for DBT. I have bipolar and wonder if anyone has any suggestions to make.
