I felt really bad yesterday so I hit my head. Felt guilty and emailed T. Felt bad and stupid for soing it, so I hit my head again. Ugh... A total nonsense. I SI'ed for 9 days in a row including today. A lot of you have right to say so what's the big deal about it, but for me it is, I never SI on a daily basis. I'm a mess i guess.
