You should be able to go get your stuff, even if you were not married, you are legally entitled to your things, i would contact the police asap. i know here as long as it has been within 30 days it is still legally your house too and he cannot prevent you from taking your stuff out or keep it even if your name was not on the home it is your last legal residance so he can't keep you out without proof of legal fear for his safety.

I went through the same thing, my ex husband took everything i owned. i was left with no home no money and no stuff just a bag of clothes a bag of change and my car. he took everything.

i would talk to the police and civil court. they can rule to get your things bag and properly split debts so you are not stuck paying more than you actually owe.

i totally feel where you are at. i was there too. still working my way through it. ((((hugs))))
