I had my Mother's surgeon give me a totally questional response when I asked him about the problem with cognative abilities my Mother began having. He told me that she was just getting older & that any chronic illness creates a lack of cognative abilities. The way I saw it was that she might have had a mild stroke or that the cancer had spread to her brain. And all I got was their stupid response.

I think it is good to use meds that will work & klonopin can be given in mild doses do work into the other drugs that need to be taken....just be careful & keep a close monitor on everything that she takes. Sometimes as people get older, it is hard to tell what causes what with them & it seems to be all guess work in the end. (With that explaination that fits me....I must be elderly at 52)

Just be careful, be observant, & take care of yourself or you will be the one needing the meds,
Debbie
