There are a lot of resources about Anger management. I have found that I have temper tantrums over very small things because I wasn't expressing anger about important things. Anger itself is not a bad emotion. It is when it gets out of ontril or interferes with our daily lives that it becomes a problem.
I am on a better medication combo now which helps, but I have found that if I express my annoyance when a situation happens, I don't fill slowly with anger until I blow up at something trivial because I just can't stand it any more.
I don't know if this helps, but I just wnat to let you know that I understand that feeling of being full of rage and feeling out of control.
