Having voices in your head is your brain almost thinking and that can be pretty freaky if you don't think it's you ad something else. But I'm sure it's yur brain talking to you. Maybe apart of a mental illness, I'm not sure. Sometimes I hear my own voice in my head and it just picks out the stuff I like or hate the most, If that makes any sense at all.
