BPD is a daily job. We have to stay on top of all of ouyr triggers and try to be around positive people. I go to DBT each week and I have learned alot. I am having a tough time right now but hang in there and reach for what you are good at. Do a pros and cons list or write your positives in a journal do what ever helps. Write to me anytime. I know how you feel.
