(((Troy))) suffering with PTSD is not being "crazy."
I suppose the doctor will want to know more... like why you think what you do about it...
PTSD is an anxiety disorder, so you could go that way, how you worry about such and such, or how this concerns you...
Have you taken one of the quizzes here at PC? If so, then you could say you took an online quiz that suggested PTSD and you want an expert opinion.
 It's always a good thing to seek help, imo.
