This is nice as it gives us a better understanding of not only ourselves, others we are interfacing with here on PC.....with a better understanding of where everyone is coming from, it should help with our communication.

Interesting, you can be assertive without being selfish.

Most of these tests I find to be less than accurate...this one is very good.
