I doubt that you are ugly. But even if you are, what's the worst that could happen? Do you think you won't get married because of it? I see many women who aren't exactly Jennifer Anniston, and they're happily married. Do you think you won't get a good job? Again, I've worked with many people who weren't exactly model material (myself included). Do you think no one will like you? Surely you like people who aren't conventionally beautiful, so why do you think no one would like you?

The rain falls and the sun shines on the good and the bad, the tall and the short, the fools and the wise, the ugly and the beautiful. There is no reward or punishment for being one way or another other than what we do to ourselves. Beautiful or ugly, you deserve happiness and a good life, and I hope you find it.
