I'm pretty well on the fence about the flu shot. I've never gotten one and I've never gotten the flu. But maybe my body is just able to take care of it, I don't know. My children have never gotten the flu shot either and have never gotten the flu, but we are of the same genes, so I don't know. I can see the benefits of it for some people though.

I'm sorry you got sick Septmorn. It sounds pretty miserable.
