I hear your frustration and anguish!! 
I went through something similar when I was a teen. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this. The situation is a bit tricky because it sounds like your whole family is wrapped up in this and not one of them are thinking about it clearly. I know that when I went through this I felt like I was pushed off on my own in a corner and was the only one that could see the whole thing burning down. I would get so stressed because the rest of my family would tell me I was the one with the problem.
My suggestion to you...if you have someone in your family, and adult, who isn't caught up in this...can you talk with them and let them know how this is affecting you? Maybe they could offer some sort of help. If not...are there any God-Parents, or parent's of your friends that you trust enough to talk with?
You could also speak with your school guidance counselor. I don't know if this is something you'd want to do or not. When I was in junior high and high school I couldn't stand either one of my guidance counselors and I thought they both had their heads shoved up their *ss*s!! LOL!!
But seriously...they would be able to help you get through this!!
