You and I both know that the voices are different. I think you should continue the Abilify because it may help with the schizophrenia, and from what I have been told, no medication can "cure" DID so I don't believe it will matter when it comes to the DID, only the schizophrenia!
I enjoy my DID because I'm not so alone in here. But as far as the schizophrenia goes, someone else can have it, I'll give it to them. I hope something works for you and I hope you can find answers you are looking for! I'm sorry I couldn't be of much help and I'm sorry if what I am saying is not making sense, I tend to become very confusing when I am sleepy! Take care and I hope you are well!!!!
