with Lynn. Breaking things down into smaller, managable portions, tasks, or amounts of time is very helpful. I use this coping skill all the time. I often break my day into hours to keep myself focused in the here and now. Then I just do what I can do, one thing at time. And I don't judge myself - I know I'm doing the best I can any given day, that's all that matters. I hope you start feeling better soon.

I'd rather have a visit, note or pretty picture
than an "I'll say a prayer" or a "god bless you."
Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure.
Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
Thanks for this!
