I have been in similar place several times; my T is not inclined to reply except in person and that means I have to wait.
I think she wants the waiting period for me, so I will be more calm and will have had time to process my feelings that prompted the outcry - and also time for herself, to consider all possible aspects.
Also, T is a very personal type, she wants to do things one on one. I have never been able to change it, maybe I should just go with it.
Please take care of yourself and see T with as much calm as you can (I will go with you, in fact you'd better wear something with several pockets because we tend to bunch up on ya ).
