I seem to have much of the same behavior, Grey.
I manage to be functional, attend to my duties, my classes, my job, my art, but have an addiction to smoking/drinking beer in combination at night here at home alone. Let me know how you do with your progress. I went two days without either, but slipped tonight. I tried to send you a private message about this, but see you are not accepting such.
