Maybe talk to your doctor about physical therapy. They can help reduce the inflamation and strengthen your wrists. I just had my last PT appointment Monday. I had severe inflamation and tendonitis in my right (dominant hand) wrist from a fall I took in January. I even had an MRI to see if I needed surgery. The ultrasound treatments helped and the exercises I did kept my range of motion. It's hard, my mom had to have surgery on both wrists for carpal or she would have lost the use of both hands. Hang in there and see if PT can work for you!
