Yes, I totally agree. I would NEVER tell my friends/family the details of my therapy
They wouldn't understand. I'll tell H little things sometimes that are specifically about him, or that I think he will find funny, but that's it. I think unless you are in therapy, it's impossible to understand what it's really like.
