Congrats on your Son!! I'm not the best at reading ultrasounds, but it looks like he's sucking his thumb!!  It looks like a little hand with fingers there at his mouth!!
So precious!! 
Glad to hear that all is well!! And, you are looking well too!! Don't mean this in a freaky/creepy way at all, but I think there is nothing more beautiful than a pregnant woman. There is just something radiant about a person who is carrying life!!
