It's okay to not have anything to give.  I've been there too. You have nothing to apologize for as far as not being able to offer support. No one here keeps a log of who is offering more support or less. We all give when we can, and when we can't, we take a break and just read and say...."I'm sorry".
It's all good. Be patient with yourself!!
