I've had similar things happen. I can be listening to my favorite play list, then a song comes on that is too "angry" for me to listen to. I also tend to project anger on others. I.e. thinking my husband is angry when he isn't, but I HEAR his tone of voice or read his body language differently then he intends. I think Echoes has great advice, I'm just offering the "I get it" support!
