((((((((bloom))))))) Trial and error!! I found out that if I tell T what I need, my needs get met. And if I tell him how I feel about what's going on in therapy, then he KNOWS, and we can figure out together how to move forward. It's so uncomfortable sometimes...but it does seem like the more open and honest I am with him, the better things are. TOTALLY the opposite of how I was when I started therapy.
