Hang in there! When I don't get sleep, my panic disorder goes off on it's own. My sleep issues have recently from increasing my Adderall for ADHD. Once I regulate out, it shouldn't be a problem, but Sunday and Monday nights I got little sleep and nearly had a panic attack on Tuesday.
Make sure you are taking care of yourself! Take some time to relax before trying to go to sleep. If you don't drop off to sleep within 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour, get up for 10 minutes, try to relax and try again.
