When I used to have these anxiety fits I found that hot baths really helped me slow the system down and relax enough to sleep for a bit, or sometimes even just rest. It feels like you're going crazy, I know, but you're not. If I wasn't over here I'd reachh over and have you grab my hand until you're sure you're grounded again, but since I can't, I'll just send this. Hang in there. It will pass over.
