I have a social anxiety dissorder and up till now it has prevented me from studying and working. However I have just started a new course that I am rely interested in and I am determinded not to let the anxiety overcome me and dive me to quit. I have been for the introductory session but it was hard, but i was proud i got through it, i have been worrying about next weeks session (which is a full day) all week and i usually cant sleep. I was wondering if anyone had any top tips on dealing with anxiety that i may not have heard of? many thanks.ami x
