Hi paddy 
I've run into the same problem with certain blogs. It's frustrating when the person is confused and asking a lot of questions. It's particularly frustrating when I think I may have an explanation that might help them to understand.
Maybe some are using their blogs for their own personal use to help them understand themselves and the world around them better. Maybe they feel a need to do it on their own, without interference. All we can do is watch from a distance and wish them well in their self-exploration. If they need our help, I'm sure they know where to turn.
