maybe your sorta thinking out loud in writing and not really expecting an answer. but its okay that you need always to be reminded of this because changes is very uncomfortble and also its scarey because its like a capsize - to me anyway its upsetting to have change and it requires all kinds of reorganizing and re briefing to get everything back on the same page.
