Hello Amipixie, it's nice to meet you, welcome to psych central.

Deep breathing really helps my anxiety, I dont know about you but when my anxiety flares up I tend to breath very shallow, which actually seems to make it worse. To do the deep breathing, you breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
