I don't think you should lie. I think you've made such a huge achievement and you should be so proud of yourself for having the strength to resist for as long as you have!! It's only a shame your mother doesn't trust you... but I'm sure she is just concerned and you cut for so long that any marks on your arms would probably make her assume you'd gone back to it. But I think she should believe you. Just try talking to her calmly. Express to her that you've done so well in NOT cutting and you really need her support. You'd like for it to be acknowledged that you're still fighting this, and for her to believe you if you say that it's the rabbit.
I don't think it's such a big deal if a pet rabbit scratches you, is it? Cats do it all the time. Your mum is probably trying to scare you into "telling the truth", not realising you already are. I'd imagine she wouldn't get rid of the rabbit just because it scratched you, it is a rabbit afterall, not a human. And the nails are cut now anyway so it probably wouldn't be a problem now.
Ahhh, I don't know. I hope you can work it out with her.
