Doc Perv is getting his thrills by asking you irrelevant questions. He's abusing his authority. That is non-professional. Tell him you want a female staff person in the exam room with him when he sees you. If he refuses, then refuse to answer some of his questions unless he can tell you why they are relevant.
You had eating deficiencies all the while your major organs and systems were developing. There could be any number of things that might be a little bit off. I'm not trying to scare you. It seems that you might benefit from finding someone who specializes in eating disorders and knows what they can do to body systems and running a battery of tests on you to find out what is going on. You mentioned that you have had a bunch of tests done already. It seems that a more organized approach might result in a quicker answer. You certainly are having some problems with the fainting. That would frighten me.
