I have this same fear, mine stems back from my childhood. Hopefully your meds will start working soon. When my fear starts getting the best of me; I will post on it, and the people on here will help me deal with it. I'm not into therapy, but I think that it sounds like a good idea to try. I hope that you will feel better soon.
