My therapist can only see me once a month at this time because of her case load... maybe in the future I will be able to see her more often... hopefully before I move to Mississippi next spring. I have brought DBT up in sessions but she keeps forgetting to give me the papers... and the instructions on how to do them.

I did look into where they would have DBT groups and I can't make weekly trips to and from the location they have it.
1) I don't have the money for gas and my car is a gas hog
2) I can't drive that far without panicking ... I can't drive in big cities

My therapist has the books to give me the worksheets out of... she is just forgetful about getting them to me. When she does give me them she doesn't give the instructions on how to do them.
