Easiest way for me is from control panel on your profile, go to list messages...at the top there is a box with a colored bar with the number of messages you have stored.
Under that is a drop down menu, default is inbox, but you can click on sent messages from the menu.
It will tell you what message you have sent...
Little thought but when I am writing a lengthy message, I copy it by highlighting it/copy
before I preview or send the message...if I've timed out, all I have to do is paste the message into a new one. I don't lose any messages that way...yeah, I learned the hard way.
