I think this is a good place to let out your feelings. Feel free to tell us what's making you angry and sad. If you like you can PM me. I've had many days where I've felt just like you do. I haven't been diagnosed with depression but I've had incredibule stress the last 3 yrs - you can read by bio. if you like. Sometimes when we hear how difficult other peoples lives are you might not feel so bad about your own.
I think it's good once in a while to have a good cry - it releases alot of bad energy. But then you should take a look at your situation and ask yourself - is there anything you can do to improve your situation. If not then you need to tap into some good self help techniques. You're already doing one - talking to others. Make sure you're also eating healthy and go out for a fast 40 min power walk.
I've been through more stress than the average person and yes I've felt down, but there's also a great survivor personality in me. You need to find that in yourself, that way no matter what happens to you or around you - you will survive. I hope you feel better and I'm glad to reached out. You're in my prayers.
