What kind of depression do you have? i think you need to keep up the therapy and meds. The number one thing YOU can do is exercise every day - force yourself. I bet in 2 months see an improvement. Best of luck.

You are right about exercise....I have not done a lot in the last week or so...maybe that is why I feel so bad now...
