Sometimes I just feel so blue. Sometimes I can pin point where it possibly comes from, but most of my blue periods just slide into place and stick there. I've been put on almost everything you can name for depression. Just as soon as I think they are working the heavy fog just falls back into place. Some people say that you can control it yourself, but I believe it is easy for some people to cover it up. They apear to be fine when they are around friends and family, but when they are alone or when the lights go out they curl up and weep. Then there are the few or many of us that are stuck in our fog filled room, screaming out loud or in our thoughts, trying to find our way out.
