i'm pretty up front about most of my issues. i figure i don't want to waste my time trying to befriend or date someone who can't accept me the way i am. i actually have turned down invitations to occasions by just saying "that's waaaay too many people for me."

i don't really make a point of laying out all of my problems--i just don't lie about them if they happen to come up. yeah it sucks if the person rejects me for it, but if they're that narrow-minded they were going to reject me eventually anyway so at least i didn't waste any more of my time on them. i don't think i've had anyone reject me just on the basis of my issues though--mostly my personality is enough to make them head for the hills.
