Try to see the "half full" part of the glass (your life) instead of the half empty part.
Break your day down into hours and focus on the now: what's the next right thing to do, what can I do to take care of myself this minute, what should I be doing right now, etc.
Remind yourself that you are always doing the best you can, some days our best is really good, other days our best may be simply getting out of bed and getting dressed. Either way, pat yourself on the back and acknowledge that you are doing the best you can any given moment.
Don't go to a stone for water. Some people are stones, some are water. Reach out to the people in your life who are caring and supportive of you. Stop trying to get care, validation or support from people who will never be capable of giving that to you.
