It happens. There seems to be a natural ebb and flow to these things. That said, the forum I used to frequent on a daily basis has become a memory for me, as I have found much more support here. Bit even here, I occationally have to take a "break", letting people I have gotten to know that I am ok, just busy.
It is hard when support systems alter. I had this issue on Monday, where the people I rely on for support in my life had things change that affected their availablity. My mom is working more this school year (she is a retired teacher that subs), my best friend had to move desks and is less accessable face to face, another friend was out on Monday and my boss has been in a different office since the begining of July. This didn't mean they weren't there for me, just that my access to them had to change. With any mental health issue, change can be hard. We have comfort in routine.
Hang in there and know that there are those of us who care!
