Writing it out is a good idea. There is also a list of things to do instead of cutting in one of the threads at the top of this forum, with the thumbtack. I wanted that to be a sticky thread so that we can all find it easily when we need it. I'm sorry that you are feeling like this, and hope that this passes and you feel better.
