I know it's gonna be well worth it in the end - the siding and windows were circa 1970ish - it's just the run-around Home Depot TRIED to give us. I don't think they want to see me anytime soon, because I went in and TOLD them how they were going to rectify the problems and not give us any excuses. They were paid in full 6 weeks ago, so I feel I was within my rights to 'guide' them (I never raised my voice, my tone was calm, and I think that's what scared them LOL).

The damaged siding materials will be here tomorrow, and I won't have to look at the Tyvek covering anymore YAY! The guys just took a load of scrap aluminum to the recyclers, so I have some of my driveway back. They have another trip to make tomorrow, but it's better than the huge heap that was there a few hours ago.

I was just letting my frustrations get the best of me for a while there
