Have you seen evidence of the squiggly thing? Sometimes people can get certain type of parasitic worms that can move and multiply. The people will feel them moving and say things about squiggly feelings and others will think they're just a few cards short of a deck when really they have something there.
It's important to take him to an MD. If there is something there...the MRI may not be able to see it...or the DR that read the MRI may not have recognized it.
Believe him though...it's happened. And if it turns out that there's truely nothing there, then you can go from that point.
