Make a list of all your favourite foods and pin it up to a board in mind. Slowly get into the habit of eating again start with something little like an apple then a little bit more like salad and then have a meal like jacket potatoe? If you can't eat it all don't force yourself because that could make it harder to start to eat proberly again. Take your time eat slowly and calmly as much as you can eat until you fill not sick or too full up. Have a vanillna ice-cream milkshake which is easy to swollow and gives you some energy. Allow yourself to go to the kitchen and grab a snack.
I know it is hard when you sudden stop eating when you get back into it. If you forget to eat, make sure you have a alarm clock or a reminder to what time to eat during the day.
