It's okay to feel what you're feeling. It will pass. It always does. That's the bummer thing about bipolar...you never know how you'll wake up or how you'll go to bed...especially if you're mixed or rapid cycling.

Feel better soon.

I'm kind of down lately, but trying to rest and think positively and not be so hard on myself. Give yourself a break (as everyone keeps saying to me )
