You may want to call the police beforehand so they are there when you start to leave. It's occured to me that he may lose his temper and attempt to stop you...if the police are already there, he will most likely control his temper.
Please understand that I am not trying to scare you...but you have to try and be prepared for his reaction.

Getting you out of there safely is the most important thing right now; everything else can be taken care of later.
